Problem Note 61391: Using the UNION ALL query returns invalid data

In SAS® Federation Server 4.2, you might receive invalid data (usually Chinese or unprintable characters) when fetching data from the results of a UNION ALL query.
To work around this issue, translate SAS data sets to the UTF-8 format.
